With Mayday Parade, he signed with Fearless Records in 2006 and Atlantic Records in 2009. In Mayday Parade, he became bandmates with frontman Derek Sanders, rhythm guitarist Brooks Betts , lead guitarist Alex Garcia and drummer Jake Bundrick . He previously played in a Tallahassee based band called Defining Moment.
